The Worldwide Era of Peace

Originally designed for the year 1919, it now comes with a custom 1924 scenario addition.
1919 (Known in the mod as The Time of Troubles) allows the player to reshape the post WWI world, and Europe.
1924 (Known in the mod now as The Worldwide Era of Peace) lets the player take an early command of WWII, or bypassing it alltogether, through whichever means are deemed necessary.
NOTE: This is only compatible with V:R (Victoria: Revolutions) and not 1.04 Victoria.
