Military score needed in V:R?

ArtOfWar's latest revision on this article is definitely an improvement in appearance, but it has made a substantive change in the information given. The previous version says that the military score needed in Revolutions to civilize an uncivilized nation is 25, while this new edit says that 10 is the score that's needed. I don't play Revolutions, so I don't know, myself, which is accurate. ArtOfWar, do you know that 10 is the right score for V:R, or was it just a simple mistake that crept into an otherwise very good edit? RuyDiaz 20:12, 6 January 2008 (CET)
