The Victoria Manual was originally put together by Memnon during the spring of 2004 and has been revised since by the users of this wiki. It provides a closer look at most aspects of the game and clarifies various concepts that the official manual couldn't descibe in full detail.

Any new Victorian gamer is recommended to browse through it and keep it close while playing through those first gruelling campaigns ;)
