Unscrupulous In-laws

This is a Country event in which trouble comes in the form of unscrupulous in-laws.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the country flag Civil War.
- One has at least 2 Royal marriages.
The mean time to happen for this event is 36 months.
- 3 Royal marriages decrease MTTH by 10%.
- Rebel siege 20% complete decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Rebel siege 30% complete decreases MTTH by 20%.
- Stability of 1 increases MTTH by 10%.
- Stability of 2 or 3 increases MTTH by 20%.
- A Diplomat advisor increases MTTH by 10%.
- A level 6 Diplomat advisor increases MTTH by 20%.
- A monarch with a Diplomacy setting of 8 increases MTTH by 10%.
- A monarch with a Diplomacy setting of 9 increases MTTH by 20%.
Option 1: Take appropriate measures
- The AI has a 40% chance of selecting this option.
- Stability is decreased by 1 point.
- Controller changed to Rebels in any 1 core province.
- Rebellion in any 1 core province.
Option 2: Ignore their pathetic attempts
- The AI has a 60% chance of selecting this option.
- Stability is decreased by 1 point.
- Prestige is decreased by 5%.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider is changed by 1. (moved 1 steps to the right.)
