Something is wrong with the math in those equations. 73300 divided by 100000 is .733 .733 multiplied by one half is .3665

It should actually have mentioned that the population effect is on top of the base 1.0 you get as a city (otherwise you'd actually reduce production going from a 900 pop colony to a 1000 pop city. I've modified the formula to mention this. --Brian 23:21, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
