Removed the following text:

(This, to my [user: HabsburgEmperor] knowledge, is incorrect. Instead of owning Munster, you have to own Munchen, which is the capital of Bavaria. I don't know if this is true for all versions, but in mine, you must have Munchen. This is probably to prevent from England, when they take over Ireland, from, as AI, forming Ireland instead of forming Great Britain... pretty smart.)

The event file says

owns = 374 # München

owns = 375 # Leinster

but only the comment tags are wrong: the province tags are right and you actually need Munster. By the way, Munster is 375 and Linster 374.
