This is a very unrealistic and unfeasible Hungary "strategy", at least by my standards. It's impossible to stop the Ottomans in the first war, your only choice is to let them have Serbia and bribe them off before they cause any more havoc. Next, ally and vassalize all the neighboring Orthodox countries and slowly diplo-annex them. Then just sit back and get yourself a powerful ally: in my latest game I vassalized Bohemia through relations and allied Lithuania. It takes a lot of time to build up enough strength to push back the Ottomans, but it's easy if you just avoid Austria through royal marriages or military access.
