I've added definitions to the main page below the list of types. I'm not sure that I'm correct about the effects of the slider limit. Are the government change stability hits in the lists correct? Some are .5; are they all multiplied by 2 in game? If so, should they be multiplied here as well to reduce player confusion?

[edit] administrative efficiency

This is labeled "years between policy changes" in the game. Is there any reason to use this kind of esoteric(*grin*) language for a simple concept? Would not it be better to have it say something like: 

 Administrative Efficiency(Years between policy changes)
