This article needs specific information on the time it takes to gain and loose cores - this is probably the reason anyone would want to look up cores here, but I couldn't find confirmed information (didn't bother to look long for it). Hopefully someone who knows will edit it in soon.

"Renovatio Imperii Romanorum"

When I had a successful vote on "Renovatio Imperii Romanorum" in HttT 4.0c I did get the whole HRE unified under me with cores for all provinces that joined, except not the Dutch region.
They joined the unified nation, but without giving it cores on their provinces.
This seems weird to me, so it may be some bug, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case someone else who is better at reading the definition files maight want to look into it.
