A spy action that reduces by 25% the victim nation's spy ability. This makes your future spy actions against them much more likely to succeed for 180 days.

  • Can only be done on a capital.
  • Costs 10 ducats (inflation modified)
  • Difficulty is 5/10 which is fairly difficult.
  • Lose 1% prestige if discovered.
  • No badboy increase
