EU3 Patch 1.3

Here's a PDF of the effects of domestic sliders in v. 1.3, kindly supplied by Granatenwerfer.

EU sliders have 11 possible positions and are often referred to relative to their offset from the middle; -5 is the far left, 0 is the middle, and +5 is the far right. Granatenwerfer chose a different approach, but it's easy to translate.

EU3 Patch 1.1

Aristocracy/Plutocracy

  • Trade Efficiency: -5% <--> +5%
  • Production Efficiency: +5% <--> -5%
  • Yearly Diplomats: +2 <--> -2
  • Cavalry Cost: -25% <--> +25%
  • Big Ship Cost: +25% <--> -25%
  • Light Ship Cost: +25% <--> -25%

Plutocracy specific:

  • Yearly Spies: 0 <--> +1

Centralisation/Decentralisation

  • Production Efficiency: +5% <--> -5%
  • National Tax Modifier: +5% <--> -5%
  • Maximum War Exhaustion: -2 <--> +2
  • Spy Efficiency: +5% <--> -5%
  • Land Tech Cost Modifier: +5% <--> -5%
  • Naval Tech Cost Modifier: +5% <--> -5%
  • Trade Cost Modifier: +5% <--> -5%
  • Production Cost Modifier: +5% <--> -5%
  • Government Cost Modifier: +5% <--> -5%

Note that the negative cost modifiers reflect a decrease in the technology costs!

Innovative/Narrowminded

  • Stability Cost Modifier: +25% <--> -25%
  • Yearly Colonists: -2 <--> +2
  • Yearly Missionaries: -2 <--> +2
  • Maximum War Exhaustion: +2 <--> -2
  • Land Tech Cost Modifier: -10% <--> +10%
  • Naval Tech Cost Modifier: -10% <--> +10%
  • Trade Cost Modifier: -10% <--> +10%
  • Production Cost Modifier: -10% <--> +10%
  • Government Cost Modifier: -10% <--> +10%
