This mod was started by Deallus in Norway and used the modern kommun system. The mod nearly died by overflow issue, there was a need of reform.

Krantz in Sweden come to think of an older system of provinces and they began to add them into the map.

Later on was this mod abandoned for EU2 but was grabbed up again to be completed for EU3!
