Recruits flock to the standards
From EU3 Wiki
This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea National Conscripts.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea National Conscripts.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: Let's get them into the army now
- Set Country Modifier, "Recruits Flock" for 120 days with the following effects:
- Regiment recruitment speed increases by 30%.
Option 2: No we must think long term here
- Manpower is increased by 1 in a random province.
