Provincial decisions

Provincial decisions are a new feature of EU3 In Nomine, the second expansion. They are a bit like events, affecting either your entire realm or a single province. The only difference is that you choose to fire them up, if you meet the decision's triggering conditions (called the potential). Once a decision is taken, it gives you certain bonuses (like a +5% local tax modifier, or -1% local revolt risk, etc.) and sometimes some maluses (like a -5% local tax modifier, or +1% local revolt risk, etc.) Some decisions can be chosen, and then de-selected later (like joining or leaving the Holy Roman Empire).

To see if you can take certain provincial decisions, select any province you own. Select the scroll and gavel icon to the left, and you will be brought to the provincial decision screen. As of patch 3.1, there is also a page in the ledger, where you can see all your provincial decisions - p. 13.
