This is a Napoleon's Ambition province event based on selection of the National idea Grand Navy.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea Grand Navy.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: That's just fantastic
- Set Country Modifier, "Faster Ships" for 120 days with the following effects:
- Ship building speed decreases by 30%.
