Our Army isn't so grand

From EU3 Wiki

This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea Grand Army.

The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:

• One has the National idea Grand Army.

The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).

• Not being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
• Army size percentage less than 25% decreases MTTH by 5%.

Option 1: Looks like recruitment will be a little harder

• Set Country Modifier, "Less Grand Army" for 120 days with the following effects:
  • Infantry cost is increased by 10%.
  • Cavalry cost is increased by 10%.

Option 2: Time to shake up the military establishment

• Stability is decreased by 1 point.
