Nations don't want to be conscripted
From EU3 Wiki
This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea National Conscripts.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea National Conscripts.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Not being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: Well I am sure we can slow down recruitment in the short term
- Set Country Modifier, "Resist Conscription" for 120 days with the following effects:
- Regiment recruitment speed decreases by 30%.
Option 2: Bah I need soldiers not whiners
- Stability is decreased by 1 point.
