National Focus

The concept of a National Focus is a new addition to Heir to the Throne.
A nation can select a province as its National Focus. This province, and those bordering it, gain the following bonuses:
- +2% population growth
- +10 manpower
- +0.5 tax income
- +10% garrison growth
- +50 colony growth/year (for colonies)
- +5% missionary chance
- -2 revolt risk
- -2 minimum revolt risk
If the National Focus is not in your capital and borders other nations' provinces, they get:
- -1% population growth
- -0.5 tax income
- -10 colony growth/year (for colonies)
Additionally, the National Focus is required for several provincial decisions.
