Military Complacency
From EU3 Wiki
This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea Military Drill.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea Military Drill.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Not being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
- Army size percentage less than 25% decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: Invinsible - I like the sound of that
- Set Country Modifier, "Military complacency" for 120 days with the following effects:
- Land Tech cost modifier is increased by 2.5%
Option 2: I think the truth may upset some people
- Stability is decreased by 1 point.
