Isn't our Army Grand?

This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea Grand Army.

The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:

• One has the National idea Grand Army.

The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).

• Being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
• Army Tradition of 50 decreases MTTH by 5%.

Option 1: This is fantastic

• Set Country Modifier, "Grander Army" for 120 days with the following effects:
  • Infantry cost is decreased by 10%.
  • Cavalry cost is decreased by 10%.
