History folder

From EU3 Wiki

In the history folder you will find the files used to define each and every country at the start to the game. It works like a historic database, where each change to a country or province can be recorded. This way, you can get a relatively accurate representation of the world at any date through history.

The folder is empty but for five subfolders: advisors, countries, diplomacy, provinces and wars.
