Haitian Quest for Independence

This is a Napleon's Ambition country event which creates the cores necessary to cause the creation of the Haiti.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- Haiti must not exist.
- Haitian cores must not exist on any 1 the following provinces:
- Tortuga
- Les Cayes
- One must own any 1 of the following provinces:
- Tortuga
- Les Cayes
- The year must be at least 1750.
The mean time to happen for this event is 480 months.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider set to -1 or -2 decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider set to -3 or -4 decreases MTTH by 20%.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider set to -5 or lower decreases MTTH by 30%.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider set to 1 or 2 increases MTTH by 10%.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider set to 3 or 4 increases MTTH by 20%.
- Centralization/Decentralization slider set to 5 or higher increases MTTH by 30%.
- Stability of -1 decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Stability of -2 decreases MTTH by 20%.
- Stability of -3 decreases MTTH by 30%.
- Stability of 1 increases MTTH by 10%.
- Stability of 2 increases MTTH by 20%.
- Stability of 3 increases MTTH by 30%.
- A monarch with an Adminstrative setting 4 decreases MTTH by 10%.
- A monarch with an Adminstrative setting 3 decreases MTTH by 20%.
- In 1760, MTTH decreases 10%.
- In 1780, MTTH decreases an additional 20%.
Option: They won't last long!
- Set Haiti cores on the following provinces:
- Tortuga
- Les Cayes
- Lose 1 colonist
- Revolt in any 1 random colony.
