To enact this decision:
  • Available to The Netherlands
  • Naval tech ≥ 20
  • Has discovered an East Asian trade port (India or further east)
  • Owns at least 2 ports
  • Owns at least one East Asian trade port (Not necessarily a Centre of Trade, just one coastal city)

Effects:

  • Yearly Merchants = +1
  • Trade Tech Investment = +4
  • Merchant Placement Chance = +10%
  • Merchant Compete Chance =+1%
  • Global Trade Income Modifier = +5%
  • Colonial Range = +25%
