Fort falls into disrepair
From EU3 Wiki
This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea Engineer Corps.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea Engineer Corps.
- One has a Level 1 fort.
- One does not have a Level 2 fort.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Not being at War decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: Real men don't hide behind forts
- Remove the Level 1 fort
Option 2: Perhaps some repairs are in order
- Treasury is decreased by 100 ducats.
