Fort decays
From EU3 Wiki
This is a Napoleon's Ambition country event based on selection of the National idea Engineer Corps.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea Engineer Corps.
- One has a Level 2 fort.
- One does not have a Level 3 fort.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Not being at War decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: It isn't important
- Remove the Level 2 fort
Option 2: There nothing money can't solve
- Treasury is decreased by 100 ducats.
