Decline of the Hanseatic League

This is a country event in which the Hanseatic League begins to decline.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One is a member of the Hanseatic League.
- One's Mercantilism/Free Trade slider is set to -2 or lower.
The mean time to happen for this event is 300 months.
- The National idea National Trade Policy decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Not having the National idea National Trade Policy increases MTTH by 10%.
- Having at least 1 trade agreement decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Trade efficiency of 40% decreases MTTH by 20%.
- Trade efficiency of 50% decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Trade efficiency of 70% decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Trade efficiency of 70% decreases MTTH by 20%.
Option 1: Continue to support it
- The AI has a 60% chance of selecting this option.
- Stability decreases by 2 points.
- Relations with all other Hanseatic league members increases by 50.
Option 2: Leave the alliance
- The AI has a 40% chance of selecting this option.
- Leave the Hanseatic League.
- Relations with all Hanseatic League members decreases by 50.
- Set Country Modifier, "Hanseatic League Declines" for 365 days with the following effects:
- Trade Income Modifier decreases by 40%.
- Merchant compete chance decreases by 10%.
