Counter Revolution

From EU3 Wiki

This is a triggered modifier in which one must meet the following conditions to recieve benefits:

• One's Capital is in Europe.
• The Revolution Target exists.
• One is not the Revolution Target.
• One is not at War with, in a truce with or in an alliance with the Revolution Target.
• one has a monarchist government type.

One receives the followning benefits for meeting those conditions:

• Prestige decreases by 5% yearly.
• Stability cost modifier increases by 30% yearly.
