This is a triggered modifier in which one must meet the following conditions to recieve benefits:

• One is Catholic.
• One owns province 385 - Mecca.

One receives the followning benefits for meeting thos conditions:

• Gain 1 Missionary yearly.
• Prestige increases by 1% yearly.
