Brasil has great advantages.It will be much more easier if the others countries in South America are Independent.

First,you need to build an army.Then,attack Venezuela.If you're lucky,get an alliance with La Plata.Colonize South Africa,and after conquest Venezuela,attack Colombia.After that,provoke Portugal so they enter in a war with you.Take Santana.
