This is a country event rewarding one for having a high level Artist advisor.


The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:

  • One has not received this event before.
  • One has a level 5 Artist advisor.


The mean time to happen for this event is 300 months.

  • Level 6 Artist advisor decreases MTTH by 10%.
  • Innovative/Narrowminded slider set to -1 or -2 decreases MTTH by 10%.
  • Innovative/Narrowminded slider set to -3 or lower decreases MTTH by 20%.
  • Innovative/Narrowminded slider set to 1 or 2 increases MTTH by 10%.
  • Innovative/Narrowminded slider set to 3 or higher increases MTTH by 20%.


Option 1: His efforts will be admired throughout the nation

  • The AI has a 45% chance of selecting this option.
  • Stability is increased by 3 points.
  • Set Country Modifier, "Reduced Stability Cost" for 2190 days with the following effects:
    • Stability cost modifier is decreased by 20%.


Option 2: His reputation will reach further than our borders

  • Prestige is increased by 5%.
  • Set Country Modifier, "Reduced Stability Cost" for 2190 days with the following effects:
    • Stability cost modifier is decreased by 20%.
