This is a Napoleon's Ambition province event based on selection of the National idea Sea Hawks.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the National idea Sea Hawks.
The Mean time to happen for this event is 5000 months (random event).
- Not being at war decreases MTTH by 5%.
Option 1: Let them complain
- Stability is decreased by 1 point.
Option 2: ;Well we can make a few consessions
- Naval Tradition decreases by 5%.
