This is a Country event in which opposition to the Monarch continues to grow.
The following conditions must be met for the event to fire:
- One has the country flag Civil War.
- One has at least .15 revolts in progress. (a rebel siege 15% complete)
- One has at least 2 allies.
The mean time to happen for this event is 24 months.
- 3 allies decreases MTTH by 10%.
- 4 allies decreases MTTH by 20%.
- Rebel siege 20% complete decreases MTTH by 10%.
- Rebel siege 30% complete decreases MTTH by 20%.
- Stability of 1 increases MTTH by 10%.
- Stability of 2 or 3 increases MTTH by 20%.
- A Statesman advisor increases MTTH by 10%.
- A level 6 Statesman advisor increases MTTH by 20%.
Option 1: Request aid from your allies
- The AI has a 40% chance of selecting this option.
- Revolt in two random, core provinces.
- Prestige is decreased by 5%.
- Lose 1 diplomat.
Option 2: Rely on your own strength
- Treasury decreases by 70 ducats.
