Status bar

The status bar is a thin window at the top of the main map, which shows information about your country's status.

The status bar displays the following information, from left to right:

  • The number of merchants your country has stockpiled, from 0 to 6.
  • The number of colonists your country has stockpiled, from 0 to 6.
  • The number of diplomats your country has stockpiled, from 0 to 6.
  • The number of missionaries your country has stockpiled, from 0 to 6.
  • The game's current date.
  • Your country's stability, from -3 to +3.
  • Your country's manpower reserve.
  • The amount of money in your treasury, in ducats.

There is only one control widget on the status bar: at the far right, there is a "clock" icon that can be clicked to pause/unpause the game.
