Announcement:New server

Hi there!

A couple of days ago the wiki has been moved to the new server. Now it should be much more accessible, faster and even easier to use (thanks to, among other things, a recently-introduced option of uploading pictures). As a member of Europa Universalis 2 fanbase community I'd like to officialy thank Rafiki for making it possible to change a server. Thanks, Rafi!
